Service went downhill as soon as we paid for our floorboards. As soon as we\'d paid, they stopped returning phone messages, and emails. Didn\'t confirm dates for installation or delivery until we went into the shop the day before the supposed delivery. Delivery guy didn\'t know about the stairs (despite the fact we\'d told the guys in the store about them 4 times, including the day before when we went in to confirm), and assumed (incorrectly), that we would be fit and able to assist with carrying boxes of floorboards up the stairs. Installer then didn\'t turn up the following day, and advised when we called at 9:30am, after taking the day off work, that he wouldn\'t be able to do the job till the following week (leaving us with a whole week of dismantled furniture, and 1 room completely unusable with boxes of floorboards taking up the whole room). Upon visiting the shop (they once again weren\'t answering their phone), to ask what was happening, and why the delivery guy didn\'t know about the stairs, we received all sorts of excuses, and another installer was booked for the following day (another day off work needed!). Upon calling this 2nd installer to confirm, they advised that they didn\'t know about the stairs either (!?!), and they would charge extra, and couldn\'t complete the job in the quoted time frame, and that the shop didn\'t have authority to quote for them. Completely unacceptable communication, and terrible service. DO NOT deal with this company.
