Yesterday I met one of the best Customers Service Representative Joe, who doesn\'t only guided me and my friend but gave lots of options and choices regarding packages, Services and plans. She was well dressed, well disciplined, very calm and patient with good communication skills infact, that was a good experience meeting such a representative and honest too.
