I wouldn’t hire HAG Industrial Coatings again if I were paid to! Unprofessional, Very Poor Workmanship, Limited Knowledge Of The Trade We had a floor laid specifically for polishing, clear instruction was given to HAG Industrial Coating regarding the finish required and purpose of the floor. Concrete was poured in same manner of exposed aggregate which should have been easy for an experienced polisher to grind and seal for desired result. HAG industrial coating claim to be an expert in the field of concrete polishing stating they have been operating in the business for just short of 40yrs. They failed to apply hardener to concrete before polishing causing waves in the flooring, They failed to fill air holes to prevent bubbling when coating was applied, they failed to use correct equipment for the job to obtain desired results, incorrect coating was first applied where they left ghastly streaks and brush marks in the flooring insisting that this standard of work was good enough before we lost it with them and refused to pay them until they fixed it, they removed the poorly applied sealant to yet again apply the incorrect product delivering a completely wrong finish (dark, bubbled, plastic looking floor) Payment was made when job was finished before we were able to closely inspect the job as apparently it takes a few days to completely set and dry. Upon attempting to contact HAG industrial coatings dozens of times regarding the unsatisfactory job they finally answered our call flat out refusing to look at the job and refusing to listen to what we are unsatisfied with, refused to even discuss the significant issues with the floor, and refused to fix their dodgy work. They hung up during several attempts to civily discuss the issues and refused to provide a mailing address for a letter to be delivered to them outlining the issues with the job. They threatened my husband for making contact with them - A BUSINESS EMPLOYED TO PROVIDE A SERVICE AND PRODUCT which according to the Builders insurance is the correct course of action to take for unsatisfactory work! Michael is a rude, incompetent, arrogant business person - DO NOT HIRE!
