NRS bought my car in SCRAP with Plates 2 MONTHS AGO, I was not in city so that I failed to update to RTA, they have repaired and start drive it for personal use without CHANGING REGISTRATION. I got 106$ PENALTY NOTICE 2 weeks ago, I went to RTA and come to know that exactly next day of this offense. registration had been changed. I went NRS to discuss about, One old man replied i sold him car just a MONTH AGO. also says HE DON\'T know to whom he has SOLD the car and WHO is using it currently. BIGGEST CHEATER I SEE IN MY LIFE. after many request that old man gets ready to pay me 50% of offence amount which i never did THINK TWICE BEFORE GIVE YOUR CAR TO THEM
