Horrible customer service. Poor communication skills. Rude, derogatory in some situations. Prone to: -unconscionable and deceptive/misleading conduct -prone to trickery and fraud to extort the customer -lack of technical knowledge -the personnel who work there are lost in time and space. -not in touch with Australian commercial reality.
